Don't Consider Business Debt Management Until You've Read This!

Ok, I am a very responsible 18 year old with a credit card debt problem. The reason I got a credit card to begin with is so I can start building my credit as I want to be in business in a year or two.

I have a judgement against me with capital one that I'm going to court for this coming Friday. Back when I applied for this credit card only my fiance had been working at the time so we lied and said I was working for him because we were working on setting up our own home business where I was going to do the books for it. I'm already doing the debt management program (DMP) which I'm starting in September for all my other debt. I'm working part-time now and going to school full-time at University of Phoenix so I can work to get myself out of debt in the next few year since the programs for my debt will take 3 1/2 years to complete. My question is can I get in trouble for lying on my applications for saying I had a job when I really didn't?

I need a relatively small business loan, (40K) to cover intial operating expenses for my seed-stage business.

Here's what I do have:

Over 10 years hands-on experience in my field, extensive business / marketing "knowledge", intelligence, passion and enthusiasm, a solid business plan and statistics / research for the past 2 years proving how and why my business will be successful.

Does anyone know of any colleges in need of singers, or where I can find colleges such as that, that might give me a voice scholarship (assuming I was good enough) but not make me major in voice? Like…schools trying to bring up their music program?

i have a mountain of business and personal debt from my divorce. I'm self employed and have been blessed with the ability to make a good living but money management isn't my strong point. I can make it, but i cant manage it. Can someone tell me how to budget to get caught up? If i catch up all of my necessary bills, Mortgage, utilities ETC. should i compile all of my arrears budget so much for them and attack them that way?
