Don't Consider Business Debt Management Until You've Read This!

…by giving trillions that we can't afford to the few that influence them? They call it "economic recovery," "stimulus," and "bailouts" But it's still only one thing–stealing from countries to benefit the few while making everyone else worse of and forever financially enslaved (because of the inflation it will cause and the increased government debt that is causes which will have to be paid with future higher taxes, lost jobs, more business with China, less money for basic infrastructure maintenance, etc.).

my (new) husband and I are both trying to recover from divorces where we got taken to the cleaners. I have a ton of debt on my credit rating that my Ex is slowly paying off, medical debt that is in MY name because I WAS the one who took my daughter to all the doctors…she has 5 diseases and i have her on medicaid now, which helps. My husband is a trucker and i see him only a couple days a month until i can afford to move to CA to be where he drops every week…he's got a great 'dedicated run' now which guarentees good miles, after being with a large company for 3 years and made it to an elite team of drivers…but his lease is up in feb…and we can't go to the bank for money, we're living week to week and have struggled with pulling our heads above water so i am looking for a way to get a) SOME money for a downpayment on a truck and b) for a move hopefully.

I'm looking for information on getting a loan to start a small business. I used to have a partner, but he has since left the business. Any information on this would be of great help. I currently have bad credit, but i do not have enough debt to be anywhere near bankruptcy. The business is a Web Development, Video production, and music production. I don't need the loan for software as we started the business, but he took all the hardware and that is where the loan comes in. anyone that has any information on this please contact me.

What does it take to stop them from adding this to the citizen's debt ?
I don't owe this. How do we make it clear that if they ***** up, they fail without bail outs? Just like the rest of us. If one of us had a business fail, you know full well the government wouldn't be helping us.

I am in Indiana. I don't want my business partner to suffer because of my stupid mistakes. I am way over my head in debt, and don't make enough money to pay my bills anymore. I work 60 hours a week @ 2 jobs. Anyone BTDT, or have any advice?

my husband owns his own business and is up to his ears and past with all kinds of debts, including taxes. I heard there is a form I (his wife) can file that says I have no control or knowledge of how he is conducting his business. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Time is important. thank you.

I have a small business… sole proprietorship…. i'm having to file personal bankruptcy…mostly credit card debt and medical bills. Can I protect my business assets (my computers and some other stuff are exempt under Ch 7, but not office furniture which exceeds the personal exemption) if i convert it to a corporation a few months before filing?

After all we know it is profitable. We should get some of the benefits. Perhaps as a community or cooperative we can make ourselves some CA$H as well. Time is running out and prices of goods and services are rising. We would also be doing the nation a great service by paying the Nat'l War Debt. Let's really stimulate the economy and get the US rolling again. With the left over money we could inverst in a lobby or more!
